• Device tokens: Anonymous push notification tokens to deliver notifications (no personal data is linked)

We do not collect any personal information from end users (customers) who follow businesses. Specifically:

• No names, phone numbers, or email addresses from followers
• No location data
• No browsing history or tracking cookies
• No personal identifiers of any kind

3. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver push notifications from businesses to their followers
• To manage business accounts and authentication
• To improve our service and fix technical issues
• To communicate important service updates

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on AWS infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• AWS (Amazon Web Services) for hosting and infrastructure
• Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for notification delivery

6. Data Retention

Business account data is retained as long as the account is active. Notification data is automatically deleted after 30 days. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
